The surgery is unable to issue a letter or certificate confirming your vaccination status for overseas travel. Please see Government guidance for further information.

  • Proof of your vaccination status is visible within the NHSapp, which is available for Apple and Android devices.
  • Alternatively, you can call the NHS Covid-19 helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least five days after you have completed your course of the vaccine, the letter may to take up to seven days to reach you.

 

When We Are Closed

closedWhen the surgery is closed a telephone answering service will advise you what to do. Please note that this is for urgent calls only.

Out of Hours PELC is commissioned by the Primary Care Trust who can be contacted on 0845 075 0494. This service is during the hours 6:30pm to 8:00am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

Minor Ailment Service

This is provided by participating pharmacies.

NHS 111 Service

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
