WE ARE OPEN BUT WE ARE WORKING DIFFERENTLY NOW AND YOU CAN ACCESS ALL SERVICES ONLINE OR BY TELEPHONE
As COVID-19 moves from epidemic to pandemic status, we are taking new steps for health and well-being of our entire community including each of you which is at the forefront of our thinking. We are now working differently to limit spread of Covid-19. Please DO NOT come to surgery until advised by a Clinician.
For full information on how to access all our services online please see below.
Please note that due to the Corona virus risk and potentially infected patients booking appointments, we are changing all appointments to telephone triage. Please use following methods to contact us.
FOR COUGHS AND COLDS SYMPTOMS NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you what to do - please see NHS 111 Online: About coronavirus (COVID-19).
- Please do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
- Phone NHS 111 if you need to speak to someone.

Minor Ailment Scheme
Every year, millions of patients visit their GP with minor health problems that the local pharmacist could resolve. Instead of booking and waiting for a GP appointment, you can visit your local pharmacist any time: just walk in.
All pharmacists can recognise many common health complaints. They can give advice or, where appropriate, medicines that will help to clear up the problem. So if you have a common health problem, a trip to a participating pharmacy is an option.
The standard prescription charge applies to the Scheme. If you're exempt from paying prescription charges, for example because you're over 60, you won't pay for the medicine.
