FOR COUGHS AND COLDS SYMPTOMS NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you what to do - please see NHS 111 Online: About coronavirus (COVID-19).

- Phone NHS 111 if you need to speak to someone.
FOR ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS WE HAVE A TRIAGE SERVICE for urgent conditions call us on 0208 520 2625.
The receptionist will ask you to provide a brief description of the issue to help the doctor who will be calling you back. Your name will be added to the Triage list.

PRESCRIPTIONS HOW TO ORDER
- NHS APP - Use online services to order repeat prescription – you do not need a password to login to your account just download NHS app on your phone
Order by email WFCCG.QueensRoadMCPRG@nhs.net
- If you cannot do any of these – please put your prescription through the letter box through surgery door and write name of pharmacy you would like to pick it up.
REFERRALS AND ANY ADMIN LETTER You can request admin letters by calling the Reception or by emailing the Surgery on the address above. You will be contacted when the letter is ready to be collected.
(Please note that admin letters may take some time to process.)
CHILDHOOD VACCINATIONS/ BABY CHECKS / SMEARS Will be booked but a pre-screening questions will need to be amswered over the phone before you attend.

Minor Ailment Scheme
Every year, millions of patients visit their GP with minor health problems that the local pharmacist could resolve. Instead of booking and waiting for a GP appointment, you can visit your local pharmacist any time: just walk in.
All pharmacists can recognise many common health complaints. They can give advice or, where appropriate, medicines that will help to clear up the problem. So if you have a common health problem, a trip to a participating pharmacy is an option.
The standard prescription charge applies to the Scheme. If you're exempt from paying prescription charges, for example because you're over 60, you won't pay for the medicine.
